At Laban treats/Tin Treats, we take great care to prepare and deliver your desserts fresh and in perfect condition. Since our products are perishable and made to order:

• No returns will be accepted once the order is delivered.

• No refunds will be issued after purchase.

If you receive the wrong item or your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Laban Treats reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice due to product unavailability, operational issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be processed according to our refund policy.
